I. Event Highlights

II. Reward System
- Instant Mini Prizes: Everyone Gets Rewarded
- For every successfully invited new registered user who completes their first investment, both the inviter and invitee receive a random reward (100–8,888 U trial funds or anniversary gala entrance ticket), credited immediately.
- Guaranteed Growth Rewards: Effort Pays Off
- Accumulate 10,000 valid investment points from directly invited new users (self-investment points do not count): Receive gala entrance ticket.
- Accumulate 50,000 valid investment points from directly invited new users (self-investment points do not count): Receive flight ticket + hotel.
- Accumulate 100,000 valid investment points from directly invited new users (self-investment points do not count): Receive one iPhone 17 (KYC verification required).
- Ultimate Grand Prize Pool: Champion Team & Individual Leaderboard (Individual and team awards in the same period are not cumulative; the highest award is granted)
- Top 100 on individual leaderboard for first two months: Share 200,000 U monthly, totaling 400,000 U over two months.
- Top 10 teams on team leaderboard for first two months: Share 500,000 U monthly, totaling 1 million U over two months.

Among the team leaderboard rewards above, the team leader receives an additional 10% of the team ranking reward, with the remaining 90% distributed according to team members' point contribution ratio. Cash and physical grand prizes will be distributed uniformly at the anniversary gala in late April to early May. Trial funds and other rewards are distributed in real-time.
III. How to Participate: Three Simple Steps
Step 1: Create or Join a Team: Create your "Wealth Squad" on the event page and become team leader, or choose an existing squad to join. There's no limit on team size, but once you create a team, you cannot join other teams, and once you join, you cannot switch teams.
Step 2: Invite & Invest: Share your invitation link or invitation code to invite friends to register and invest in AI Bot products (only products with terms of 30 days or more count toward points; demand products do not count).
Step 3: Accumulate Points, Climb the Leaderboard for Prizes: Your investments and directly invited team members' investments will be converted to points according to event rules. The higher your ranking, the richer the rewards!
IV. Point Rules Explanation

| Team Points | The sum of all team members' current period AI Bot new annualized investment amounts (excluding matured redemptions), i.e., each investment amount × product term (days) / 360 days. The longer the product term, the higher the points. Whether directly or indirectly invited, as long as they are team members investing, points accumulate to the team. |
| Individual Points | Individual's current period AI Bot new annualized investment amount × 1.2 + directly invited team members' current period AI Bot new annualized investment amount × 1.0. Only direct invitation contributions are counted; multi-level indirect invitations are not included in individual points (but are included in team points). |
| Direct Invitation Member Determination | Users who register through your invitation link or invitation code during the event period and complete investments are considered directly invited members; old users registered before the event are not counted as event period direct invitations, and old user investments are not calculated for direct invitation points. |
| Investment Scope | Only AI Bot fixed-term products (30D, 90D, 180D, 360D) count for points; demand products do not count. |

Example: During the event period, if you invite a newly registered team member who successfully subscribes to a 30-day product worth 10,000 U, the converted annualized performance points = 10,000 U × 30 days / 360 days = 833.33. The team gains 833.33 points, and individual points increase by 833.33. For existing users' subscriptions, since the direct referral relationship occurred before the event, the referrer's points do not increase!
V. Additional Notes
- Some physical prizes require completion of advanced KYC verification.
- Once registered through an invitation link, you are bound to that team. All qualifying investments during the event period will count toward that team's performance.
- Reward details, point calculation formulas, and other related terms are subject to the event page and platform announcements. In case of adjustments, the latest announcement information shall prevail.
