BTX Card Application and Activation Guide
- Ensure your BitradeX APP is updated to the latest version.
- After logging in, click the [BTX Card] entry on the homepage.
- Carefully read the BTX Card usage instructions and related product privileges.
- After confirming, click [Get Card] to enter the application process.
- Applying for a BTX Card requires completed Identity Verification (KYC). If you haven't completed KYC, the system will prompt you to go to [Settings] - [Personal Center] for certification.
- After completing KYC, return to the [BTX Card] page to continue. Please fill in the cardholder's basic information truthfully.
- Continue to fill in true and valid billing address information. After confirming the information is accurate, click [Submit].
- Email/Phone Verification: The system has bound the contact method you used during registration by default. Please bind the other unlinked verification method. The demo shows binding a phone number; please follow the guide to complete it.
- After binding both email and phone number, you need to bind Google Authenticator (if not installed, please download the official "Google Authenticator" app first). Follow the page instructions and click [Next].
- Enter the email/phone verification code you received and the 6-digit dynamic code generated by Google Authenticator. Click [Submit] to complete the security binding process.
- Once the above four steps are completed, return to the BTX Card main page and click [Apply Now].
The system will usually automatically review your application within 2–3 minutes. Once approved, you can start using your BTX Card immediately.
Note: Opening a BTX Card requires a 20 USDT activation fee. Please ensure your Card account has sufficient USDT. If the balance is insufficient, click [Top up USDT] to transfer funds from your other accounts to the Card account.
