Situation 1: Wrong Withdrawal Network Selection
Ensure the network or chain selected matches the recipient's address. When making a withdrawal, always choose the same chain and network as the deposit platform.
For example, if you withdraw from Platform A to Platform B, selecting the Tron network on Platform A and the Ethereum network on Platform B will result in the funds not being credited.
Situation 2: Block Not Confirmed
After the funds are sent, they are in the blockchain and need to be confirmed. The block confirmation time is not fixed. If the funds are not credited after confirmation, you will need to contact the recipient platform for verification. For more information, refer to: How to Check Block Confirmation Count? (App/Web)
Situation 3: Asset Not Sent
If your funds have not been sent, it will show as "Withdrawal in Progress" or "Waiting for Withdrawal." This is due to high withdrawal volume. The system will process withdrawals in order of submission time, and manual intervention is not possible. Please be patient.
Situation 4: Incorrect Tag
Some cryptocurrencies require the input of a tag (Memo/Tag) during both deposit and withdrawal.
You should verify on the deposit page of the recipient platform if a tag is required. If it is, correctly enter it in the withdrawal page. If no tag is displayed, for security reasons, please first confirm with the recipient platform’s customer service if a tag is needed. If not, you can fill in any 6-digit number in the tag field on the withdrawal page.
If the tag is entered incorrectly and the funds are not credited, please contact the recipient platform’s customer service for assistance.
Situation 5: Network Fees Affect Withdrawal Speed
Standard withdrawals require a network miner fee, collected by the blockchain network miners. The platform does not charge a withdrawal fee. The specific fee is shown on the withdrawal page. The higher the fee, the faster the withdrawal will be processed.
Can a Withdrawal Be Reversed if the Address Was Incorrect?
Once the withdrawal is marked as "Success" on BitradeX, the funds have left the platform. If the withdrawal address or network is incorrect, you need to contact the recipient or the recipient platform's customer service and provide the corresponding withdrawal hash to resolve the issue.
Due to the anonymity of blockchain addresses, BitradeX cannot help verify or handle the return process with the recipient.
If your withdrawal status is still "Waiting for Withdrawal," you can cancel the withdrawal by clicking the respective button on the withdrawal order page. Once it is processed, it cannot be canceled.
If you made an internal transfer to the wrong account, please contact the recipient platform's customer service immediately.
We recommend carefully verifying the address and network selection when making withdrawals.
