What to Do If Your Deposit Has Not Been Credited:
If your deposit hasn't been credited, first check the block records and deposit address.
Situation 1: Block Confirmation Delay
If the deposit details are correct, but the assets have not been credited, you can check the records on the blockchain. Please wait for the blockchain to fully confirm. There may be a slight delay in syncing the block to the platform's wallet. Please be patient.
Situation 2: Deposit Made with a Different Coin
Before depositing, make sure the coin you are depositing matches the platform's supported coin. If the coin names do not match, the deposit will not be credited.
Situation 3: Incorrect Address or Network
Always double-check the deposit address and network type before making a deposit. For example, avoid depositing ETH into a BTC address, or depositing Ethereum network assets into an incompatible blockchain network. Such actions may result in the assets not being credited.
Situation 4: Incorrect Tag Filled
Some cryptocurrencies require a tag (Memo or Tag). Make sure to fill in the correct tag for the coin. If the tag is incorrect, the deposit will not be credited. If this happens, you can submit a problem report with details, including the coin, amount, correct tag, incorrect tag, and hash value. Our engineers will follow up on the issue.
Situation 5: Smart Contract Deposit Not Credited
When making a deposit, each coin has its own corresponding deposit address. Always use the deposit address generated by the platform’s system for the coin. Do not use the coin’s contract address, or the deposit will not be credited.
Situation 6: Block Reward Deposits
For example, mining rewards can only be deposited into a wallet address. The assets must first arrive in the wallet before they can be deposited into the platform’s trading account. The platform does not support blockchain reward deposits.
Situation 7: Batch Deposits
Do not use batch deposit methods for multiple deposits. If you have already done so, the deposit may not be credited properly, and engineer intervention may be required. Please submit a Problem Report, select "Deposit Not Credited," and provide a detailed description of your issue. Our engineers will assist in resolving it.
Situation 8: Deposit Below Minimum Amount
The platform clearly indicates the minimum deposit amount on the recharge page. If your deposit amount is below the minimum required for that coin, it will not be credited.
